Sabina at Pint of Science 2024
Pubs are not the usual venues for science talks, but every May hundreds of them around the world transform into informal lecture theatres for the Pint of Science Festival.
This year Sabina got to share her enthusiasm for pyrenoid research with knowledge hungry pub-goers. She was one of the speakers for the “Protecting Our Thriving Planet” session. She did her best to make complicated biochemistry as accessible as possible and explore the impact of understanding the algal CCM could have on our society. The audience was very engaged and the talk was followed by plenty of inspiring questions.
